Maintenance Technician
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all plant equipment (processing, filling, capping, printing, packaging, conveyor systems, etc.)
• Perform preventative maintenance following standards and schedules as outlined in the PM and TPMS program (lubrication, adjustment, replacement, cleaning, etc.)
• Assist and work with equipment/machine operators to ensure safe and continuous operation
• Perform changeovers on different volume and format as required
• Make recommendations and implement improvements to equipment for productivity, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Understand, support, and comply with all company policies, including: Health and Safety, Environmental, Food Safety, and Quality
• Maintain daily activity log (s) and spare parts consumption
• Other duties as required
Your qualifications
- TetraPack experience (desirable)
- TetraPack A3 Flex systems (highly desirable)
Knowledge about CAP30, ACHX, CBP32 (desirable)
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices
- Team Player, innovative, self motivated, adoptive, attentive and capable to follow detailed instructions from handbooks (MM,SPC, and EM) and/or senior technicians.
Compensation and Benefits
* Base rate per hour : $40 to $45 based on experience
This is a full time job based on 8 hours shift reports to Maintenance Manager
Monday to Friday work schedule
2 weeks vacation per year
