SIRVA BGRS is excited to present to the market a combined Business Development & Account Management role associated with our Allied Moving Services brand. The blend of this role allows for our new employee to attract new clientele whilst taking an active role in client satisfaction through account management. 

 

Package includes base package plus a commission scheme rewarding your success to bring on new business and then ongoing product growth with existing clients.

A hands-on role that will offer diversity and the opportunity to put your stamp on the business by growing our relationships with new corporate clients. The primary responsibility for the dual role is to initiate and promote the services of SIRVA BGRS & the Allied branch to prospective clients & generating new business. This role would then provide Account Management and support client relations to maintain positive interaction and identify opportunities for agreement growth.

 

  • To research, identify and meet with prospective clients in order to gain an understanding of their moving service, and relocation needs and through the principles of ‘customer-centric selling’ influence the client’s decision to purchase new services or repeat purchase of existing services from Allied and SIRVA.
  • To maximize new business opportunities through the development of leads and relationships through networking at conferences, business associations, SIRVA-run seminars, and other events that SIRVA’s target market attends.
  • Responsible for managing domestic and international client relations, account strategy, trend analysis, and upselling new and existing products for existing clients. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction with program costs and service. Maintain and approve client portfolio of revenue and profit projections.
  • Primary contact with the corporate client in the administration of the client’s relocation program. In collaboration with the policy consulting department research and recommend policy changes as needed to enhance the effectiveness of the client’s relocation program. Resolve complex problems for clients to maximize customer satisfaction.

It is also critical that the right candidate should have business acumen whilst being disciplined using Salesforce and able to report upwards on activity in the market.
