CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We are looking for a data-driven, customer obsessed and proven CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help lead the next phase of growth for our brands. This hands-on role will focus on email, SMS, and bringing customers through the full funnel, from acquisition through to loyalty and retention. This role reports into the VP of Marketing.


This role will be responsible for implementing CRM campaigns that increase lifetime value for customers, driving retention and engagement. You will be able to balance marketing strategy, operations, analytic thinking, and people management skills to succeed. This is a growing and dynamic marketing channel for us, and you will have an immediate impact on the success of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lifecycle programs that will be targeted based upon a customer’s past purchases, activity, and behavior to engage and retain them in our games, our rewards and loyalty program.
  • Manage daily workflow on the creation and deployment of all CRM campaigns
  • Help build CRM strategy to drive increase frequency across customer segments
  • Collaborate with and continue to build a world class Lifecycle CRM Teams across our American Studios
  • Focus on quantitative analysis and analytics: Dashboards, Reporting, & Insights. Report on the success of campaigns and use that data to drive actionable decisions to grow the business.
  • Have experience with A/B testing and always looking for your next opportunity to drive marketing results.
  • Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies, with the ability to work at both a strategic and execution level.
  • Maintain knowledge on email marketing trends, best practices, technologies, and consumer privacy laws.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure we are aligned on business needs and upcoming improvements to help design and execute campaigns.
  • Creating and developing a SMS lifecycle program for our loyalty rewards platform


Required

  • 2-4 years in experience implementing loyalty, CRM, segment migration, and automation marketing programs and processes
  • BS Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data driven mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools around campaign management, email, push notifications, SMS, and in app messaging experience; specific experience with Braze is a major plus.
  • Extremely strong written and communicative skills
  • Basic knowledge of and experience with database and business intelligence tool sets
  • Ability to oversee multiple work streams simultaneously and equally comfortable delegating or owning tasks, no matter how big or small.
  • Collaborative and can communicate your ideas and program results clearly & effectively to all levels of the organization
