For over 30 years, Odyssey Overland LLC have been providing safe and dependable end-to-end transportation management through the most extensive bulk tank carrier network available under a single-source system in North America. We’re looking for an Integrations EDI Coordinator to join our team!


Summary / Primary Role:  


The EDI Integrations Coordinator will lead and support the connectivity of various EDI interfaces with Odyssey Overland Customers and Vendors.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead EDI connection activities with Odyssey Overland carrier base and customers including EDI 990, EDI 204, EDI 210, and EDI 214 connections.
  • Monitor performance with regard to successful EDI messaging activities post cutover.
  • Provide input to Operations on EDI performance.
  • Assist with special projects including but not limited to integrations platform.
  • Maintain Records of all EDI connections.
  • Develop and sustain ongoing EDI cutover schedule.
  • Recommend possible system enhancements that would facilitate measuring carrier performance/defect analysis.


Qualifications and Key Skills:

  • Four-year college degree highly preferred.
  • Previous EDI connectivity experience is a requirement.
  • Experience using SQL and familiarity with XML are required.
  • Experience with XSLT for mapping is a requirement.
  • Experience developing mappings between EDI formats and other message formats (e.g. XML, flat file) is required.
  • Experience with X12 standard.
  • Experience with McLeod Software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of various web-based application tools.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously.
  • Able to develop reports, graphs, charts, etc. using Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to learn Odyssey Overland’s operational systems.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
