All-Tex Pipe & Supply was acquired by the Hajoca corporation in 2016 to grow the commercial and industrial pipe, valve, and fitting market for Hajoca. Since 1973, All-Tex has provided specialized solutions for plumbing, mechanical, and industrial contractors. Our commitment to knowledgeable service and staying at the forefront of PVF technology is championed by our team of full-time sales experts, who make product recommendations based on your needs and offer valuable implementation guidance. The acquisition by Hajoca has allowed us to create an incredible experience for our customers, vendors and teammates!

Structure of the Sales Trainee program:

 

Warehouse Phase:  Immerse yourself in the warehousing logistics of the business: This is the first step in supply chain management, wherein you’ll work with our team to learn the strategy of efficient material handling in the receiving, storing, shipping of products to support customer sales. 


Counter Phase:  Begin your sales experience and take a deeper dive into the products we sell through our many training initiatives as you work your way into direct customer contact in Counter Sales.  The heartbeat of our business is selling, because “Nothing happens until something is SOLD!”


Inside Sales Phase:  The more you know, the more you grow and Inside Sales is home of the experts.  Increased vendor-training programs, courses through industry supporters and our own Learning Center will provide you with the product knowledge necessary to be able to sell to and support our customers.  We add value through tech-support, e-commerce solutions and sheer hustle!

 


Post-Trainee Graduation:  Now that you’re fully invested in your All-Tex career, the sky is the limit!  Through mentorship and experience, we will build a career that meets your personal and professional needs, as well as the needs of the business. Graduates create fulfilling careers in sales to drive revenue. We are not tied to any corporate programs; we create a career that works for both parties!

 

Advancement Opportunity:  As you see, there are several parts of this program and depending upon related experience, some may be shortened.  Once you’ve reached this point in your All-Tex career training, you and your manager will discuss all the potential roles in the company and together it will be determined whether sales, operations, or leadership is the best opportunity for you!

 

Job Requirements:  

  • Positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, team-oriented
  • Vibrant communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability and desire to learn all aspects of the business
  • Determined customer-service focus 
  • Postsecondary education or industry experience a plus
  • Ability to lift and move 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license
