Position Summary:  Verifies incoming information, researches problems, quickly resolve errors, and ensures the accuracy of results that are being processed through a propriety information management system.

Qualifications required:
• High School Diploma
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute

Qualifications desired:
• Retail or corporate customer service experience
• Experience with internet browsers and web based applications
• DISAWorks® system experience

Essential functions and responsibilities:
• Processes forms related to various services received from clients, company and third party facilities
• Researches data issues and errors in DISAWorks®, a proprietary data management system
•  Contacts clients, companies and third party facilities to retrieve forms, gathers missing data, and corrects erroneous data
• Provides training and assistance to clients, companies, and third party facilities on how to follow the correct procedures to prevent future issues
• Documents research performed and actions taken to resolve issues

Nonessential skills and experience:
• Provides reception services in the absence of the receptionist
• Performs other related duties as assigned
