Job Summary

Responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities from our existing billable install base and/or inbound service requests,build trust and credibility, deliver service offering solutions based on an understanding of the customer’s needs and deliver in a clear and compelling message to close sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.

  • Responsible for making a minimum of 50 calls per day and achieving monthly sales quotas set by management.
  • Uncover new sales via install base through calling, emailing, faxing, etc.
  • Generate, send and follow up on quotes sent to customers with open billable repair estimates.
  • Generate sales for billable service, service contracts, consumables, disposables, etc.
  • Establish need, identify key contacts and decision-makers, provide offerings based on customer needs and repair cost analysis.
  • Coordinate necessary service calls/inspections that need to occur in order to execute contracts.
  • Log calls and sales activity and utilize that information to target high opportunities daily.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

  • Process sales within company database, ensure files are correct for invoicing and file/scan agreement on company drives.
  • Perform additional administrative duties pertaining to the service sales process.

☐ Associate’s degree required

☐ Education and experience combination:

Associate’s degree is equivalent to 18 months of experience


2 to 5 years relevant experience

Specific Related Experience: Proven inside sales experience and track record of overachieving quota


  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, etc)
  • Strong sales and prospecting skills--including a confident, but conversational phone presence.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-Motivated, goal-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Great attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Potential Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration and/or moderate noise levels.
Potential Exposure to hazardous chemicals or other materials.
Safety Shoes compliant with site specific policies/procedures must be worn in designated areas.
