Customer Service Rep-Outdoor living products

Alta Resources is looking for Customer Service Representatives, at our call center, to support our Midwest-based client’s outdoor furniture products. Our newest client creates and designs sustainable outdoor living products using their proprietary lumber made from recycled plastic. As an experienced customer service rep, you’ll take special care to provide a premium white-glove service, while maximizing on potential sales opportunities. When you work at Alta, you’ll share in their passion and knowledge to help create the ultimate shopping experience.

Duties & Qualities

• Use phone (voice), chat and email to address the needs of our client’s customers
• Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues
• Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers

Additional Job Information

• Hours of operation include 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
