About the opportunity:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide field-based product repair, maintenance and installation services. 80% of activities will be performed on site throughout the EMEA region.


To be successful in this role, you’ll need to bring excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills, proactive decision making and analytical skills, be self-motivated and have strong customer communication.

The experience and skills we value:

  • Fluent in English. Other European language knowledge will be a plus.
  • 3– 5 years of experience as Field Applications Engineering in the Cinema / AV industry
  • Very good knowledge of projector & AV technology to include necessary tools, software and optics
  • BS/BA in a technical field (Electrical or Software) (or equivalent technical experience)
  • Very good computer skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work as a team in order to fulfill business goals

What will put you ahead:

  • Working experience in installment of Christie products
  • Good troubleshooting and time management skills
