About the opportunity:

The Technical Support Engineer - Level 3 is responsible for being an ambassador for Pandoras Box or Widget Designer products, helping clients and users understand the product’s applications and capabilities to improve their user experience.

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to bring excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, strong leadership skills, self-motivated and strong written and oral communication.

The experience and skills we value:

  • 2 years' of technical support experience in the AV / Event industry
  • Customer service oriented with a high level of detail
  • Strong written and verbal and analytical & troubleshooting skills
  • Flexible and self motivated personality 

What will put you ahead:
 

  • Ability to communicate in German and English is a must. Other languages a plus.
  • Working experience in the Audio Visual Space, like in LED´s, LCD´s and  Digital Projectors
