About the opportunity:
We’re looking for a talented marketer to become our marketing programs manager who will help us develop marketing initiatives that support our world-renowned products and the key vertical markets they work in. You’ll have opportunities to collaborate, develop and drive marketing plans and product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to define integrated marketing plans that leverage market data and support go-to-market strategies for assigned vertical markets.
- Outline and oversee the product launch process and associated lifecycle marketing initiatives that support demand and generate awareness and leads.
- Develop assets and content that support product and segment awareness, education, engagement, and demand with our channel partners and customers.
- Work with functional marketing teams and stakeholders to create effective product launch, lifecycle, and segment marketing communications.
- Use CRM system to monitor, evaluate, and report on product and segment campaign metrics for program effectiveness.
- Liaise with trade associations and publications to support and execute marketing activities, including sponsorships, memberships, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain ongoing ProAV market knowledge and keep up with AV technology trends.
- Manage and execute additional marketing projects as assigned.

The experience and skills we value:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a manufacturing or technology environment; preferably in a B2B organization
- University degree in marketing/digital marketing, communications, marketing management, or business administration
- Online marketing experience including knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Strong presentation and writing skills
- Effective relationship management
